JobsForHer Started Off the New Year with a Slew of Collaborations

The year 2020 was one of the most challenging ones for each of us. However, the greatest learning from the year was 一 when life gets blurry, adjust your focus. And we have adjusted our focus.

Credit Suisse, Ericsson, Jubilant FoodWorks, Nike, Oracle, and many other big corporates welcomed 2021 with a bang! These big corporates joined hands with JobsForHer to close critical positions at their organisations.

Start-ups like Cuemath, Vedantu, Squadrun, Cake Mall and AapkaPainter also partnered with JobsForHer to fill several critical positions at their organisations. Gender diversity was a common goal and we ensured that these spots were filled by talented women professionals.

On January 19th Aditya Birla Capital hosted a masterclass powered by JobsForHer to discuss Work-Life Integration For a Better Work-Life Balance.

Reskilling is an important aspect of accelerating women careers, and JobsForHer abides by this belief. Dezine Careers and Newton School came on board as our reskilling partners for the month.

And there is so much more that we are excited about in February! We are geared up to host AccelHERate and DivHERsity Awards 2021 on March 5th — India's biggest conference and awards for companies committed to accelerating women's careers.
